Okay, I'm new here, so bare with me. I have been searching around the web and even tried to call the USCIS. I already have my green card, which I received through marriage. At the time I had applied for a Fee Waiver had gotten approved. My question is, do I need to reapply for the waiver for form I-751 or am I safe to just send it and they including it with the previously filed fee waiver?

Thanks,

Chris

I'm not sure if by the looks of it people are confused or not, so I'll try to explain a little better.

When I had applied for my green card, I had applied for the fee waiver. Which they had approved. So, now it's time for me to removal my conditional status. The question is; do I need to send another fee waiver request with my I-751 (Petition to removal conditions on residence), or would they use the first (approved) fee waiver?

Thank you Otto and Karin for the information

No problem - it's just kind of a guess from re-reading the Fee Waiver Guide on USCIS.gov. I can't imagine qualifying once is an automatic approval for all future filings. It has come up very rarely on VJ so not a lot to go on that I've seen.
