My fiance in Miami is petitioning for me to come to the USA and get married with a K-1 visa. However, we noticed when the form I-129F was being completed that the date in the top right corner said that it expired on 31 January 2010.

The form was on this website: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00045f3d6a1RCRD

My question is when will the new forms be made available or can we still use the downloaded form? We are keen to get married before the end of the year.

Hope someone can help.

Thanks

F.

The form on USCIS's site is the most recent/current form available - the 01/31/10 date you're looking at is the OMB date (long story short, this isn't its expiration date) - The revision date (lower/right corner) is even older (2007) and the web-instructions say that even a 2006 revision is acceptable (but you'll likely never find that one and don't need to either).

Not to worry, the most recent one is the one you're looking at.
