1. What version should I use? is 12/31/09 ok?

2. What should I write down if the question is not applicable? Can I leave it blank?

3. Do they need the exact date of the employment for the past 5 years? Because I don't remember some of them.

Thank you in advance =)

These are the edition dates that are accepted according to the USCIS website: Edition Dates : 01/22/09. 10/15/07, 07/30/07, 11/01/06, 05/31/01 can be used. No other editions accepted.

Do not leave blank if it is not applicable to you just put N/A

Not sure if they want the exact dates.

But how come when I print the application from the USCIS website, they gave me the 12/31/09 edition? It means I can't use that form??

If you will look the form at the bottom right corner you willl see the edition date which is 01/22/2009 and this form expires 12/31/09. So, this form is still good to go. When do you need to file your application??? Please read below I copied and paste that from USCIS website.

"Please note that USCIS is currently accepting the 01/22/2009 version of Form N-400. The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is still reviewing our request for an extension of this form. We will post the form with the new expiration date once OMB approves it."
