Not yet. But anything could happen... what if he goes away for a couple of weeks and I find out the interview is in, I don't know, the first week of September? I know, I'm being optimistic, but more likely just #######. :)

We decided to don't postpone the interview and just go ahead with or without it... of course we are still working on getting it... because it has been more difficult than we thought...IRS has not his tax transcript there for some reason...and he did file...

Did he file eletronically? Maybe with H&R? You can use those copies as well, as far as I know. Hopefully, because those are the ones I intend to use.

Lisz, the consulate told me that copies of tax returns filed electronically are all they need. If your fiance has those, he can even e-mail them as a .pdf file.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
