My point is, and feel it's valid, by creating yet another government agency, Homeland Security, to be precise, is not working. And creating more and more government agencies that don't even follow the guidelines of our US Constitution is a very powerful infringement on our rights.

Typically those that helped a candidate get elected into office get these key jobs where they they don't know the proverbial differences between their buttholes and a hole in the ground.

One commonality is that all these terrorists that came here, even recently, have come here legally. Something bad is amiss.
