Hello all & happy new year

Don't know if anyone has any advice or has been through similar.

We (my USA spouse) and I (UK citizen in USA)+ 4 pets are planning to move to the UK this year. We will have no jobs or sponsor just trying to get the visa on the basis or cash we will be bringing.

My dilemma is whether to apply for my spouse's visa ILE or to get the pets proccessing started which takes 6 months.

If we get all the pets sorted then my spouse's visa is refused it will have all been for nothing.

Or if we go the other way & get the ILE is there any plusses or minuses in waiting 6/8 months before travelling.

Any advice would really be appreciated

regards

kas (USA)
