Administrative Review

Hi - my husband and I went in for our interview on Dec 23, 2009 and we were placed on Admin Review for six weeks. At that time the embassy will either tell him that he has the visa or he doesn't have the visa. If he doesn't get the visa, what are our next steps? I'm not sure what else to do. I contacted a lawyer and she did say that there is nothing I can do now until after the embassy makes there decision. But I want to know if anyone of you ever had to go through something like this and what were the steps you took after the admin review?

In Guyana The concolur is doing it to almost everyone from my resorch, because of the constant Marriage and Fiancee frud that is going on, the innocent is gettting cough up with the guilty. I did at one time did the K1 sponcership, now I am doing the I130 married. No lawyer or Congressman can realy do anything for you because I went through the same thing. You will have to sit and waight it out until the Admistratation Proccess or Rewived is finish and hope the dont send back your petation to the US for revocation and they will give the petationer to prove the relationship is real, but this chance to prove yourself does not apply to a K1 visa on married couple. I am going through the same thing. Don't a Lawyer at this time will only take your money. Just take it easy and sit and wait, it can take 4 weeks to 6 months to a year. Sorry
