That's what I thought. thank you.

Regarding my case, the CO asked a lot of question in vietnamese and my wife couldn't understand. She was so distracted with my son with her. We should have let our boy outside as he is already a USC but he will cry non-stop if he doesn't see his mom. We couldn't sleep last night as my wife was crying the whole time. She doesn't want me to leave her and our son again. I'll have to extend my stay for another 2 months until I hear a final decision from CO. Good luck to you ScottThuy.

Any updates on those in AP??

Called Dept of State today (1/26/10) "Still Pending" Im told. Duyen has been to window B, outside the consulate several times now, she said the woman inside told her they were processing AP cases from July 09 and to expect a 3 to 6 month wait. Disappointing if true.

I dont know how many people on VJ are in AP in HCMC, but it would be helpfull if those that are would add themselves to the list so we all can get a more accurate picture of what cases are being processed.
