So i have an old passport in my married name and a new passport in my maiden name which i reverted to after my divorce.

I have some stamps in my old passport and also some in my new one which i am sending in as evidence of having met within the last two years (along with the other evidence)

So my question is should I copy the passport picture page from both passports and attach them to the relevant stamp pages. Just that in UK passports each page has the passport number in bedded into it therefore they will notice that the stamps are from two different passports.

Would this actually raise questions when the application is sent in?

For the petition youneed to prove you have met ONCE in person within the past two years. ONE passport stamp from ONE passport will meet this requirement. There is no need or benefit to providing evidence of meeting more than one time for the petition.

If you feel the need to provide unnecessary information, then yes, you would need to identify each passport as belonging to you. Do this by copying whatever is necessary to show this. There would be no questions asked provided the two names are both listed on the I-129f and G-325a, it will all make perfect sense.

Remeber that for the petition if you present ANY documents in a name other than your current name on the I-129f you need to attach documents supporting the name change. This would mean your former marriage and divorce certificates. The divorce certificate is a given, of course, but for women who have changed their names you also need to include a copy of the marriage certificate. You will need these for the interview also.

Good job you highlighted the marriage certificate I never realized I would need this I thought the divorcee certificate would satisfy them.

Thanks x

The divorce decree satisfies the requirement you are "free to marry". The marriage certificate supports your name changes and the reasons. If you had never changed your name you would not need the marriage certificate for the petition.
