Hi there.

1) For those who sent their I-129F to the Vermont office, did you type out the address as this:

United States Department of Homeland Security

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services

75 Lower Welden Street

Saint Albans, VT 05479-0001

or this (which is how it's laid out on the I-129F instruction part of the form):

USCIS Vermont Service Center

75 Lower Welden Street

Saint Albans, VT 05479-0001

???

The sample forms on this site has the set up of the first example, so I just want to make sure I'm typing it correctly.

--------

2) When putting the package together, is it okay to STAPLE the forms together, or is paperclip better? For example, the G-325A has four copies each. Should I staple all three together? Also, for Form I-129F, I was planning on placing the "relationship letter" on the back and stapling it all together, but is it better to just paperclip the attached explanation instead? What's the dos and dont's when it comes to stapling and organizing the package?

Thanks so much, in advance, folks!

Sorry for being so ####### about all of this. We just want to send this stuff off already, and I won't be able to sleep unless I know that everything was done correctly. :)

Karla,

1. Call the facility whatever you want as long as you get the

75 Lower Welden Street

Saint Albans, VT 05479-0001

in there.

2. My thought is that it's OK, good even, to staple multi-page documents together. Multiple documents should not be stapled together. Better to use appropriate size binder clips to hold related documents together than the twisted-wire paper clips - the latter either fall off or catch on other documents that aren't supposed to be in the group.
