what to do after receiving letter from NVC?

hello again, hope everyone had a wonderful christmas! Just had one quick question, i received a letter in the mail today from the NVC informing me that my case will be forwarded to the US embassy in manila. How will i be able to check and see whether or not the embassy has received my case? would i make a phone call? or does my fiance just have to wait for the instructions to come in the mail from the embassy?

Have her prepare everything she will need for her interview. Try to call the NVC a few days after receiving the letter. And also she can now have her medical. Have your NOA2 and the letter from the NVC scanned and send them to her thru email as she will need to present those to the guard when she goes to St Lukes for her medical. Don't let her wait for the letter from the embassy because some people here didn't get it and some received it after they were done with the interview.

you don't need to call, your fiancee will receive impt info in the mail.

in the mean time tell her to start gathering the requirements for her interview and think about when to go for medical

Well, you could just sit back and wait for the embassy to contact you but if you want to speed things up, start calling the embassy about one week after the NVC has sent your case on. They will tell you when you can call another number to schedule the interview. The only thing my fiancee received from the embassy was the interview confirmation email - nothing was sent via regular mail at all.
