Hello,

I am a Canadian citizen in the process of filing my AOS, I recently married an American citizen. I'm ALMOST ready to file...but I have a question about filling out the I-485 form. In part 3, processing information, I don't know what to put for:

1. Nonimmigrant visa number. Since I'm Canadian, I have an I-94 form and I-797, but no actual visa/visa number. Do I put the EAC number here???

2. Consulate where visa was issued???

3. Date visa was issued. What goes here-the date the last time I entered the US (a few months ago), or the date when my current H1B visa first became valid (2 years ago)??

I would REALLY appreciate any help.

Thanks!!
