I received my I-485 and I-765 Receipt Notice in the mail today from my Attorney, Fee Waived for both. Thank God

I sent a letter to Senators and Congressman of my State/Constituents about my case I-360 and I also signed the Privacy Act Release Form they fax me, which after I signed it I quickly faxed it back. They said they will inquire about my case and seek immediate action on my case. That is a relief right there. Now I can crossed my fingers and patiently waiting for action on my behalf. God bless America !!!

Am still waiting ! No update on my case today. I need a job am tired of staying at home all day without doing nothing than sleeping and eating and been depressed. Please God let them approve my case on time so I can go on with my life and get back on my feet. I need a new life God. I have counseling session tomorrow hopefully that will help me and relieve me a little bit.

i now what you mean ...! my whol life is on hold and i cant make any decisison on lot of thing tell i have my approvel I need a new life too..its just hard some time iget depressed over the whol thing i have my good day and my bad one too .its just you never now what thos poeple are ....but after all i did more than my bust send letterto VSC ...send more evdince.....letter to Senators..

Hey Yahya54, What is the feedback of the letter you sent out to your senator and your congressman about your case. Any result yet ? I did the same...I even went to my senator and my congressman's office to express my situation and they promised to assist me in resolving the delay of my case hopefully for expedite. I faxed and mailed them( Vermont Service Center ) another Request to Expedite, hopefully all these will yield a better result cause my Health situation is seriously deteriorating everyday, depressed, with highly anxiety. Am waiting now for their reply on all these requests....Vermont Service Center are very "Slow" and "Mean". Other Service Centers are totally different in the way they treat their customers and respect their expedite request in case of Extreme Emergency, Financial Loss and Humanitarian Situations.

i just received letter froum my senteor office and she says according to thier officials, your case is with an officer for final adjudication. you should receive a decision in the case within 30-45 days. i trust this information

im hoping that i hear somthing soon . its been long and sad journey for me im so exhausted of the waitting.

Hurray my request for expedite was approved today by Vermont Service Center with several attempts with the help of my senators.....am so excited and my case was touched today and also they issued out RFE in the mail which am looking for right now to know what they want.

I requested for expedite on all my case on Humanitarian Ground due to my psychological problems and it was approved ( I-360, I-485 and I-765 ) Guys wish me luck. Its been a while I have been here, I have been battling with my case, looking for assistance from Senators and writing department of Homeland Security. Finally Expedite was granted. They said as soon as they received my RFE they will resume processing my case ASAP all together with I-485. I feel a whole lot better right now.

Hey Yahya54 how far about your case.. You should be hearing something soon because they working on November 2008 cases right now. Good Luck everybody in the same boat with me. Hello guys I just received the text and email message from USCIS that my I-765 EAD has been approved...whew ! So I can renew my driver license and started looking for job. I received my RFE for my I-360 yesterday and I and my attorney are responding to it..... Thanks guys..Deeplyhurted what about you any news ? Am happy right now about the approval of my I-765 but not totally happy cause I want my I-360 approved so I can get approval on my I-485...I need to move on with my life.

I finally found a solution to my miseries. I called USCIS this morning about my I-485 and I-765 case, they told me they've received my case and sent out receipt notice to my Attorney on record on Dec 30, 2009. That is a big relief that my case has been received and accepted with fee waiver. Waiting for it now in the mail. Thank God !

Glad for you! i have a question : how did you do that fees were waived fot i-485 and i-765??? i am super broke and very worrying about that....

and i filed in January 2007 and my vawa was approved in February 2010

^{37 months!!!!} and i did not receive prima facie!! i don't know why.....

Hi everyone,

I am new to this website. I filed for my VAWA in March 2009, I had concurrently filed for my EAD and I-485. My VAWA was approved a month back. Can somebody advice me of what happens next. I have spent a lot of money on the Petition already. My attorney is asking for $1500.00 for the interview. I don't have that kind of money, can somebody please advice me of what should I expect next.. Thanks for your prompt response
