Is this common for K2's residency?

My K2's greencard is still not in our mail box. It's already 70 days had passed. Is this common for K2 lil delayed? Tomorrow, I'll have my husband to bug them, lol. I'm not frustrated with this, but of course, I expected mail from USCIS within 60 days from the date they approved my K2's residency.

I just hate promises.. :lol:
