Yes you can book for them. However my fiance got a better deal when he purchased the ticket in cebu himself. I think Zest air and Cebu pacific were the cheapest. There is a ticket office in the foodah market in consolacion..........Good Luck!!!

We're having a tough time finding tickets from CEB to MNL for under 70 dollars round trip for the rest of this month and the beginning of January. I did find a decent deal for Cebu Pacific Air on Jan 11th...but I dont know if we want to wait that long or not. Seems the prices are up for the holidays.

Yes you can book online for your fiance but make sure you'll send her the photocopy of the credit card you are using...just the front though. Sometimes they will ask for it @ the check-in counter if the card used is not the passenger. That is based on my experience with Cebu pacific.

I booked Cebu Pacific for my guy and they did not ask him for a copy of my credit card. He just showed ID and that was it. Good Luck

I just booked through Cebu Pacific. Seriously? I wouldn't want to send a photo copy of my card in the mail. Yikes. Are you certain of this?

Yep

Sometimes they ask, sometimes they don't.
