Do we really need to have evidence from each and every visit? I have plenty of evidence from some of our meetings, but not all of them. Ive listed all our visits for the question 18 supplement regardless whether or not I could back it up with evidence. I dont think it matters as long as you can show you met in the past 2 years. Am I right?

Correct... you only need to prove that you have met in person within the last two years. During the interview at the Embassy, the non-USC needs to provide evidence of an on-going relationship, which is where your other evidence will come into play.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Yep. You don't have to show evidence of every visit, as long as you can prove you've met within the past 2 years.

Also, at the interview, your fiance won't have to prove that you've met every time you claimed you have, but will have to show proof of ongoing relationship. So... if you have evidence of more visits, they'll certainly work, along with some other evidence.

I only offer advice - not even legal. Just the plain and simple kind.
