AOS APPROVED WITH TB TEST POSITIVE?

Hi everyone, just wanting to know if any one had their AOS approved without USCIS rejecting their application because of treatment for a positive TST reaction?

my wife had the BCG in japan when she was younger and now had a 16mm reaction to the TST now required for AOS. her x ray shows no sign of TB, but we are just starting the INH treatment because the civil surgeon recommended it on the I-693.

ANYONE BEEN DENIED OR REJECTED BECAUSE OF THEIR TB TREATMENT, EVEN WHEN NO TB IS PRESENT?

THIS IS REALLY BECOMING A NIGHTMARE FOR US!

BCG is one of the most prevalent vaccines given to children in the world and many immigrants show a false positive for the PPD test.

Your wife shouldn't be denied as long as her chest X-ray shows no symptoms.
