hI,

I, new at this any how i,m a bit scared . No thats a lie i,m terrified i,m driving my husband mad with worry.

Any how i get a letter from my Atterney yesturday telling me he was going through all my paper before it got filed. He forgot to get me to sign the Adjustment of Status. So my Paper work has not been filed. My I-94 expires on the 28July.

He say please bear with me in this and i.ll make sure that as soon as i get the form back your case will be expedited.

Also its quite possible to send my package off without this form , in the long run, it would slow the overall process down and i want to make sure your case is perfect tight.

I,m so scared it will not get filed by the 28 July. Then i will be in trouble. My Atterney will get my paper work delivered to him at 3pm on Tuesday thats the quickest turn around i could get. Its so close. Any advice?

Thanks.

Kind Regards,

Kath.

If you entered the States on a K1 then as long as you got married within 90 days there is no deadline for filing for AOS... just get the form back to your lawyer as soon as you can so it can be filed....

You have nothing to be worried about....

Good Luck

Kezzie
