USC at the Interview

Can another USC come to the interviews / or access the waiting rooms to assist with the kids?

I think only spouses are allowed to come to the inerview, they are very strict on who can come and go with you at the Embassy.

There should be specific instructions on your interview letter. If I remember correctly it simply says you can be accompanied by a US citizen, but it doesn't specify that person must be your spouse. But I'm almost certain you can only be accompanied by one person.

I brought my Mom in law with me for my interview. She was allowed in the embassy and the waiting area, just not the actual interview itself.

Sorry for giving wrong info. Yes you could take a US citizen to the interview and have them wait in the waiting area, Only your spouse can be with u during the actual interview.

This is perfect. I will not be able to attend the interview (Husband/Petitioner/USC), so I have asked my mother (USC) to go with my family to the interviews, well, to the embassy and help oou in the waiting room. Thanks for your response!
