FFilling I-864 (Self-employed) Pls Help( Document for Current Income)

I am filling the I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 and I-864 this week. But I am really concerned about the I-864.

1 . Since I my husband are self-employed for Automotive shop. He is the owner and the only one who work there. what

should I use as the proof of Current income on the I-864?

I have - Copy of Tax's Return Form year 2005-2008

- Business Sale Summary from 01/01/2009-11/01/2009 ( As use when filing tax return)

- Business Account Bank Statement from 01/01/2009-11/01/2009

- Merchandise Card Processing Statement from 01/01/2009-11/01/2009

- Deposit slip for Business bank Account from 07/01/2009-11/01/2009

- The letter of Proof of self-employ from Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

What do I miss?

2. What number should I list for Current Income when Business Sale summary from 01/01/2009-11/01/2009 List as

100k.

- I look up on his last 3 years' Tax Return Profit from EACH of their businesses - as shown on the

Schedule C , it show that

2008 Business Revenue(Schedule C) = 89K , total (gross) income from 1040 = 10k

2007 Business Revenue(Schedule C) = 166K , total (gross) income from 1040 = 40k

2006 Business Revenue(Schedule C) = 140K , total (gross) income from 1040 = 30k

2005 Business Revenue(Schedule C) = 150K , total (gross) income from 1040 = 30k

- Should I Use (100K/10)*12 = 120k? However this is not the net income though, I think, it is business

income.

- If so, How do I find out his net income?

3. My husband last year income (2008) is below the poverty line ( about10k) but last 3 year's income(2004-2007)

is above the poverty line (about30k). Is that a problem? Should I find ta co-sponsor?
