What in the hell is Minnesota doing dealing with a New York based bodyshop for janitorial service for? The bastards charge 3-4 times the labor rates they pay to their help. No problems hiring janitors in Wisconsin, just have to know how to use a broom and be morally upright. Couldn't believe a guy I knew a few years back, had a nice wife and three kids, his really great break was getting a job as a janitor, full health care benefits, all kinds of days off, and a very decent paycheck. But he was caught screwing a couple of teenage girls in the basement of our school. What an idiot and the reason why they have to be morally upright.

Well, no problem in replacing him, hundreds applied for that job, even in a small town, damn good pay and benefits with minimal skills.
