excuse me,iam asking if i can change my add with nvc and how long does it take?

as i used my moms address(near my area) for mailing since dealing with the i130.

now my husband is filling the ds 230 with my residence address which is diff than the one on the i130 is that ok?

so sorry it's all silly questions,but premonitions are like worms over my thoughts:)
