‘Boneless’ Wings, the Cheaper Bite

Interesting. I have noticed notice over the last few years, a lot buffalo wing joints opening up and charging what you'd pay for a gourmet burger, for just a basket of wings.

We make our own...sort of...using chicken thighs. It's pretty good and there's a lot more meat.

I love buffalo wings. I cook mine on the grill so they are crisp, not black or burnt and then I sauce them. I am on a quest to find the ultimate wing sauce. There is a place in my area that has an excellent hot sauce with garlic. Good flavor with a nice burn. But they don't sell the sauce. I'm starting to sweat just thinking about it.!

There's a fairly infamous place out here in NJ called "Cluck You Chicken".

A dozen or more different sauces of increasing spiciness - some of them they make you do a taste test and sign a waiver in case you have an adverse reaction to the hotness.

Simple solution to the problem: Genetically modify chicken to have more wings.
