im going to send in I-864EZ which i will only use my income for affidavit of support. me and my husband filed our taxes jointly but my income alone passes the poverty requirements if my household size is me, intending immigrant and my spouse. but my question is my husband has kids on his previous marriage and we claim two on our latest tax return, should i count his kids as my dependents? or my household size is just 3 (me, mom and spouse). i dont want to use my husband's income for this. if i include his 2 kids which was shown on our tax returns i wont meet the income requirements anymore but ours all together do.
