follow up question:

last year, i had two jobs. one full time and one part time. but i quit already my part time job two months ago. on the form which asked for my total income, is it my present income now 2009 or my last recent income shown on my tax return which was 2008? the reason im asking is, my income for 2008 which i filed at the IRS and shown on my tax transcript is much higher because i had a part time job last year. or should i use the income im earning with my full time job? since i quit my part time already.

You can use either the I-864 or the I-864EZ The address to mail the AOS packet too is on the Barcode Coversheet that you printed out from the NVC payment site.

You use the total amount of your own earnings as shown on your W2's. Your letter from your employer will show NVC what your current income is for this year.
