I'm confused

My wife went to take her medical today, and they are asking for her package 4 which she has not received. all we have is the letter from NVC with the interview date.

do we need to wait for that pakage? could we get it from anywhere? on the NVC instruction letter, there is no mention of that package.... :blink:

Ok, this is what happened. my wife went back the next day and ask the doctor what is the secretary talking about,.... when she asked for her packet IV,.... the doc apologized he said the secretary was new and she didn't know what she was talking about.... :oops: that the appointment letter sent by NVC was all she needed....

now all we have to do is wait for the dreaded interview..... :ph34r:
