NO interview schedule yet...

I noticed that some members with CR-1 visa type (especially those from here in the Philippines) got their interview date/appointment 2, 7. or 11 days after case complete at NVC. As with mine, my case was completed on Sept 29 but still no schedule yet. Is my son's case delaying it since it is still being processed at NVC? we received a checklist on his case last month and my husband told me he already worked on it. whew! might wait on or before December to get a schedule I guess. Anyways, your ideas are very much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi.

I think you will find out your interview schedule soon. The NVC schedules interviews the 2nd week of every month. My wife had hers scheduled in the 2nd week of September for an October interview. I'm sure if you call the NVC hotline they will relay the same information.

Its important to remember that NVC processes applications for all countries of the world not just those for the Philippines. Hundreds of thousands of applications are approved each year for over 150 countries around the world.

I am sure that your will be finished as soon as possible.
