My Fiancee has filled up her g-325a and Im getting ready to send in the Visa Application, now my question is, instead of mailing the G-325a to me, can she just scan and email it to me and I submit that ? or does the NVC require that the signature on the G325a be genuine instead of a printed copy ? would i be better off having her mail it to me and i just wait for it to submit that instead ? same thing goes for the Letter of intent to marry.

Orignals are needed.

Send in the completed packet at one time all things included.

Have her Fed Ex the completed paperwork to you

When in doubt, go to the USCIS website and download the instructions. Don't rely just on information you find here in the forums or in the guides as instructions and requirements are subject to change and often do.

The G325A, I-129F and the Letter of intent are the ONLY original signatures you need for a K1 petition.
