I gave only their website and tips about getting that 1st time one way immigrant discount fare to the US (currently MNL-LAX $420 USD on EvaAir via TPE) and a free ride to the airport from Ermita/MM.

Call EVA Air. When I booked my wife's flight I ran into the problem where the credit card had to be in the name of the person flying. So they gave me a list of travel agencies in Manila. I called one and set it up and sent my wife money to go pick up the ticket. I forget where it was now if I find it I'll let you know. It was actually about $50 cheaper too than booking online at any site I went to.

Even cheaper than at the Eva Air's website?
