Hi everybody,

I need help. I appreciate if someone professional or experienced the same case can answer me.

I have an I-130 file from my mom as a citizen filing for her unmarried daughter over 21. she filed it on feb 2004. I checked the USCIS website and saw that now the processing time in USCIS has passed my file date.( the site for my case shows may2004).

Here are my questions?

1- What's the next step?

2- I have been here since few years ago on F1 visa, but I didn't inform immigration and Now I want to have my interview here inside the US. What should I do?
