i recieved a approved fiance visa aug 6th, then was stuck there till (additional processing) untill sept 18th when i was informed by national visa center it had been forwarded to manila then on the 29th of sept i recieved this (On September 29, 2009, a USCIS office received this case from the State Department with a request that we review it. We will notify you when we complete our review, or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283) so now it is back in the states for review what the heck is happening can anyone tell me :wacko:

Are you saying your case went to USEM from NVC and was returned to USCIS without a interview. Do you have a MNL #?

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
