St. Luke's is open yesterday and onwards because I have a talk with my son taking medication there. He went there yesterday and they are doing business as usual. Good luck to all future interviewees and to those who will have their medical soon.

My wife went to the SLEC around 730AM for her testing. Traffic and roads were fine and passable. She was out by 12PM. Prayers go out to all those affected by the typhoon.

Hi guys.

I called SLMEC around 5:00 a.m. and they said they are open today (Sep 28), there is no flooding. Business as usual.

Am trying to find out what the situation is in Carriedo...called their Clearance Center but no answer. Their main office in Taft says all the clearance centers should be open, but couldn't tell me if the one in Carriedo is flooded or not.

Will keep looking for advisories on the subject. I have to get my NBI Clearance this week.

With the current scenario of Manila under water, Vjers based in /near Manila please keep us posted with fresh events regarding the availability of SLEC office.. if u do hear anything. Reports on Tv and over the radio havent mention SLEC concerns .

I heard from Pat this Sunday morning at 8:20 am CST. They had a total blackout for two days, some ares were still flooded. The hotel where she is was on low ground. I am sure the embassy will understand if people do not show for the interviews. I tried getting Pat on her phone, but so far it rings. That is more than it has since Friday night. Pat need s to do into the SLEC on Tuesday for the sputum test. I will post anything more I here. I will try to call Pat tonight after 6:00pm CST.
