I was touched on the 10th and 11th... and now it is silence..

they had my pettition since February.... what is going on?????

are they just teasing me with touches? or could I get an approval next week?

is it possible to get an RFE after not hearing from them in 5 months?

has anyone gotten touched before, get a silent treatment for about a week...and then get an approval?

Yes you could but no one can predict for sure

Yes

I would definitly start calling and emailing to find out what is going on. However noticing where your fiancee is coming from, I would imagine that is some of the reason for the delays. Start hounding CSC and calling congressman!!!!

YES .. We were touched july 3rd and then approved July 14th ... I would say it's pretty irrelivant though as they seem to do things randomly .. the good news is if your being touched @ all it means they are doing sumthin' so yay !! best of luck ..
