I will return to Pakistan when situation improves, says Musharraf

SLAMABAD: Former Pakistan president and military ruler Pervez Musharraf has said he would return to the country "when circumstances improve".

Speaking to Geo TV from Philadelphia, Musharraf said he would return home under pleasant circumstances.

He said that he won't "retaliate against those who are demanding to try him".

Police in Islamabad had on Aug 10 registered a criminal case against Musharraf following the orders of Islamabad Additional Sessions Judge Mohammad Akmal Khan.

Khan was acting on a petition filed by advocate Mohammad Aslam Ghuman who sought action against Musharraf for ordering the confinement of Supreme Court judges after declaring an emergency Nov 3, 2007.

The complaint states that Musharraf and others had detained the Supreme Court judges and their families at their houses and their children were neither allowed to attend school nor permitted to appear in examinations.

Shows just how much of a chop Musharraf is--his statement is like that of a paederast complaining of a dearth of virgins, never considering his own "contribution" by deflowering of many!
