Hey guys! I had my medical exam in the Philippines last March 2009 and received 4 vaccines, TDap, MMR, Varicella and HPV. I was still 26 yrs old when I got my first dose of HPV vaccine last March. I was told during my med exam to finished up the 2nd doses of hpv and varicella here in the states. I arrived in the US last month. I turned 27 yrs old last June. I went to our local health dept and the nurse told me that I am past the age limit for the hpv vaccine.

Am I still required to complete the HPV shots? Will it cause RFE in filing AOS if I don't complete the hpv series? I am here on a K-1 visa. Anyone who has the same experience? Please enlighten me. Any advice is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Hello Proudparents,

Aside from Hpv vaccines you still need to have other vaccines which was not given to us during our med exam at Saint Luke. But there are others who filed their AOS without having this, some passed but some rfe. If you can afford, go see a civil surgeon to check if you still need these vaccines and also the result from Saint Luke that was given to us is needed to be transcribed by this doctor and this will be included in your AOS application. If you have time, please read my website below. I made a summarized list of my AOS application. God Bless.

Read this too.
