Now Schumer is talking. He wants to close a donut hole with a lot of money and a lot of tears (huh?). Now he's laughing, I'm not clear why or at what.

Grassley is up. He's supposedly talking but it sounds like mumbling to me.

Ok, I get him now. He's accusing Schumer of trying to fool him.

Kerry wants to know the difference between a service and a product. #######? Did these guys ever go to school? Even Eric could answer that one.

You tell em Tim Ryan. That guy nailed it..

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

Senator Bill Nelson of Florida is making a point about dual-eligibles but I can't figure out what it is.

Senator Snowe is speaking. She's holding a pencil and looking menacing. I'm turned on.

Senator Kyl: "Money has to come from somewhere". Grassley: "It's gonna raise prices on children, it will mean higher prices on people fighting cancer."

I can only see Tim Ryan now, the guy is spot on. Funny how the tea baggers have no problem with the $750 billion going to oil countries abroad that hate us, in particular hate capitalist republicans.

We're not watching the same thing. Senator Carper of DE is speaking right now.

Ah yep cpan2 I was watching cspan alone. Just saw that the US spent $115 million to ensure Exxons oil tankers were safe in the Persian gulf. Health care on the other hand is apparently a waste of money. Bastards.

Senator Stabenow is speaking (Michigan). She looks like a boss I had once. Nice lady.

Senator Stabenow wants to return to when seniors paid less for prescription drugs before some bill (?) passed that screwed them. I'm guessing a Bush bill.

Schumer is asking, how often do we side with an interest group vs an average citizen?

Grassley sounds angry, like a bitter 17 year old butterface who got f'd and dumped.

Kerry is speaking. No wonder he lost an election.
