NOTE1: Police Certificate is required for any place in their country of citizenship; the beneficiary has lived longer than six (6) months, after age of 16.

***this is what i read in a link here on VJ. And some people say only NBI clearance is needed for NVC. So, do i need to apply for Police Clearance from Quezon City or NBI is enough? And NBI really sucks..! When I applied for clearance in 2003, my name was HIT (namesake). Same thing happened when I applied in 2007. And now, my name was HIT again and that would delay my DS-230 for sure because i have to come back for the clearance after 2 weeks. Oh God!!

if your NBI' record'####### meaning you have same name and you have to wait for another few days to confirm that you are never got any cases before but if the person who same name as yours who has got cases before you must submit a declaration for denial meaning that you r not the person who never got cases before? so just pray that the person who same name as you that never got trouble before..
