Hi Visa Journey,

I have 3 questions:

1- My husband (USC) has 2 different addresses. One for taxes and one for mailing.

Which address (tax or mailing) should we use on the I-130 and G-325A?

2- Are there any tax implications associated with filing I-130 that we need to be aware of, i.e. having different addresses (tax vs mailing)?

3- On I-130, in the USC section, is the address, the residence address OR the mailing address?
