NVC?

I don't want to sound like whining again but for the nth time, my fiancé has called the NVC and the operator said that there's no record of our case yet. My fiancé received the NOA2 hard copy on August 28 and it has the date August 25. I have observed that most, if not all, cases with the same NOA2 date as ours are already in their respective embassies.

Is there anything else that we can do other than waiting? If things moved the easy way as the rest of the cases did, I would already have my interview in the first or second week of October.

Hey we are in the same boat, our petition was approved last september 2 2009, and so far the nvc has not received our petition, by the way,have you called the us embassy in manila, maybe they already have your case, good luck to the both of us.

Yeah, same here. I've checked the time lines for nvc confirmation and it seems that there are a lot of people that are still waiting to get a response.
