Needing a step by step instruction after noa2 for fiancé in philippines..thank you

I know there is alot of fiancée that gotapproved for k1 visa and I was wondering if there was a detailed forum of what to expect after the noa2 for me and my fiancé..when to schedule appts for medical and interview for Manila embassy...and how to fill the I-134 out..does it have to be notarized?..what do I write for question 11 on the I-134..any help would be appreciated..thanks gus..these forums have been big help
