Hi y'all,

I've been waiting for my interview a year now notin has happened, I have a new job starting August 06 and my EAD expires in september 06, tho I have applied for renewal which I learnt take as long 3months! my drivers license expires in 3wks cos DMV used my NOA since its d only document I had to show I'm legal here, i cry almost all nights, had info appts every month asking what is going on, I'm told my file is in Missouri and it has been ordered for to Prosperity Ave, VA where I'm suppose to have my interview but nothing seems to be happening, and i dont know what next to do.

Does any know who I can contact to help hasten the process? All response, answers and replies are appreciated. :(

arrived USA...............................June 24th, 2005

got married ................................July 15th, 2005

applied for SSN...........................July 22, 2005

came in mail (SSN CARD)............Aug 20th, 2005

sent in AOS n EAD ......................July 29, 2005

received it........................Aug 5, 2005

got 1st NOA in mail.......................Aug 10th, 2005

got appt bio letter..........................Oct 27, 2005

went for biometrics........................Nov 2, 2005

AOS touched ................................Nov 4, 2005

approved EAD...............................Nov 4, 2005

receievd mail of approval...............Nov 5, 2005

EAD apprd again!..............................Nov 19, 2005

ead in mail!!!!!...................................Nov 23, 2005

AOS touched......................................Dec 6, 2005

AOS interview.....................................March 2006

They dont have my file, have to wait for another time!!!

AOS approved....................................April 30, 2007

Welcome mail......................................May 05,2007

June 15 : AOS package mailed in

June 18 : Package arrived

June 22 : NOA1

June 26 : Touched

June 28 : Touched

July 08 : RFE received

July 10 : RFE mailed in

July 14 : RFE arrived

July 25 : Biometric

August 24 : Case transferred to CSC

August 26 : Touched

August 30 : Touched/Case received by CSC

August 31 : Touched

Sept 01 : Touched

Sept 07 : Touched

Sept 15 : AOS APPROVED!!! Got email saying welcome notice is mailed

Sept 17 : Touched

Sept 20 : Touched, got email saying that the case has been approved

Sept 21 : Touched

Sept 21 : Greencard received!!!!!

2008

July 12 : I-751 application sent to CSC

July 16 : Check cashed

July 18 : NOA1 received

July 24 : Biometric appointment letter received

August 8 : Biometric appointment

August 8 : Touched

August 9 : Touched

August 12 : Touched

Got there but had no interview, was told my file was not there and they have to order for it and it'll take 2 weeks and now its 3months!

Try contacting your Congressperson and/or Senators? I know some people on here have done it with positive results.
