Hi,

I came here in the US with a K3 visa last August 2008 and i am ready to adjust my status sometimes soon. The petitioned I-129F and I-130 was approved at the same time before. We called NVC regarding my I-130 coz they said that if u will not contact them in a year after the I-130 was approved you will start all over again (filing I-130) and they asked me if i want to continue my I-130 or adjust my status while i'm here, of course i told them that i will just adjust my status in here so they told me that they will keep my I-130 until they will hear something about my papers (if i adjust my status already) from USCIS.

My questions are when i file my Adjustment of Status, I will just include the notice of action of my I-130 right? Do i need to pass a original W2 of my husband?Do my husband still need to fill up G-325A or just me (4 copies)?

Any inputs will be greatly appreciated... :)

It would almost pay off to continue the I-130 and forget adjusting status. You'd have to go home and have the CR-1 interview tho.

Hubby no need to file G325A. You sign and send 4 copies.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
