quick question, because i have had summer jobs in america plus temp jobs in england (around 3 months or so). i have filed up the five spaces on the form and have only got as far back as june 2007, how can i show employment for last 5 years (up untill 2004 etc) do i have to submit an extra sheet?

if there is a gap in jobs E.G finsh one job March 2007 - start new job June 2007 do i have to record that 2 month gap as unemployed??

with all the jobs and small gaps not working between i may need 10 rows to complete the 5 years!!

help anyone???

Submit a supplemental sheet. At the top include the header G-325A Supplement for <your name here>: Applicant's employment last five years.

Do not leave any gaps in your employment or residence history. State "unemployed" and give the dates as required to ensure a continuous 5-year history.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

YOUR best bet is to LIST everything. Use a sheet of paper and list out all of the employments for the past 5 years. Thats what we did, we didn't leave any gap. I think its just better to do everything they have asked for ... although its a hassel....

thankyou so much, will just a typed word doc. be ok?? or does it have to be official?

There's no "official" form for a supplemental sheet. Just type it in Word, title it as described above (so they know what it is), and include all the information as requested by the form.
