I've read the guide, and searched through various threads and have read conflicting information regarding how many photos for the AoS (EAD, AP). I was under the impression, and this is reflected in my submission that you included 2 passport photos of the Visa holder for the AoS, EAD, and AP. In the guide, it only mentions including 2 photos. I have read in various threads that you are to include 5 total of the Visa holder, and 1 of the USC. Which is correct, and would I get an RFE for having all 6 photos of my wife?

You need 2 photos for each form, so six in total of the non-USC.

The guide says:

9. Two passport-type photos (see specification) of the Non US Citizen Spouse. Write the full name on the back. Place in a plastic bag and label the bag "Photo of <Insert Name>". Attach the bag to a sheet of paper and place behind the corresponding G-325a.

13. I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, if you want to work while your application is processed (optional)

>> Include any additional required supporting documentation or photos as well as payment as noted here.

14 I-131, Application for Travel Document, if you need to travel outside the United States while your application is processed (optional)

>> Include any additional required supporting documentation or photos as well as payment as noted here.

I highlighted the parts that show where it says you need more photos. As well, if you read the instructions for the forms, I believe it also lists the photo requirements.

Good luck!
