hello once again VJ friends. i need some help. I am a US citizen through naturalization and im going to petition my mother to live with me here in the US..my questions are:

1. Do i need a cover letter together with the I-130?

2. question number 13 asked for certificate number on my naturalization certificate which one should i use? the CTS registration number? or the number on top?

3. now that i am a naturalize USC, should i answer question number 14 and 14b? which asked if i am a permanent resident and if i got my permanent resident status through marriage? i got here on the US on a CR1 visa which i got it through marriage to a USC but now i am a USC should i still answer yes on this question?

4. that portion where it asked from my mother's children, of course that includes myself, should i put my married name or maiden name?

thank you guys. please help me. i will submit all these tomorrow.

1. A cover letter is a good idea as you can list the contents of the packet.

2. I used the number on the top of the certificate.

3.You do not need to answer this question you are not a permanent resident.

4. List yourself with your name as it is now.
