Hello

Looking for a little help. I am attempting to file for my wifes AOS without a lawyer. I am not sure when I submitt my Payment ($1,010.00)

who do I make the check out to. When I filed for her Fiancee Visa it was to Department of HomeLand Security. Would this be the same or different?

Thanks for any help you can provide

God has answered our prayers.........................Gigi passed her interview and we are expecting her visa to arrive within ten days

11-22- 08 - I-129f send to uscis vermont

11-26- 08 - vermont received I-129f

12-06- 08 - we received hard copy of NOA1

04-07- 09 - uscis approved our petition NOA2 (confirmed through uscis website)

04-13- 09 - we received hard copy of NOA2 from uscis

04-14- 09 - NVC received our papers

04-17- 09 - NVC left for US embassy manila and got our case number

04-27- 09 - called USembassy and got the appointment letter through email

05-06- 09 - got our appointment letter through air21

05-12 and 13 - 09 - medical exam (PASSED)

05-21- 09 - interview (PASSED)

05-27- 09 - VISA RECEIVED (THANK YOU SO MUCH LORD!!!!)

06-12- 09 - POE ATLANTA

07-31- 09 - WEDDING DAY!!!! I LOVE YOU SO VERY MUCH BABY!!!

I am here now living happily in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina...USA

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH LORD!!!
