we got our noa2 last week of july so why question is...what do i do next after we got our noa2...do i receive another letter or my fiance another letter from embassy?

pls pls help me..thank you and god bless

You are so lucky, congrats. This may help: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=129059 This was posted by Sheriff Uling. My petition was approved on July 16th so I am waiting to hear the petition has a case number and it has been forwarded to Manila. The US Embassy in Manila does not send out packet 4 anymore. You dowload the packet 4 from the embassy site. The link is in Sheriff Uling's post; the Philippines Guide. Now the petitioner can start rounding up or at least figuring what supporting documents will need to be submitted to the beneficiary with the I-134 form.

Right now it is just a wait until you get your case number. Once you get the case number You should be elgible for scheduling of the interview. Pat and I are right there with you, maybe just a couple weeks in front of you. Pat and I are glad to share information as we get it, please feel free to send a message for information or experiences. God bless.

You'll probablly have more luck getting specific answers in the Phillipines forum.

Congratulations!

yes, but maybe some could help me here about their experience...anyway ..thank you so much

NVC would send a letter to the sponsor. Next a package would be forwarded to the embssy in Manilla. You need to start organizing your documents asap. I love the Manilla embassy on Rosas blvd. Iwas there last year with my spouse for the interview. We wre out in 2 hrs.

I can tell you what we did just 2 weeks ago..........

I received my NOA2 and shortly later my NVC letter in the mail. The NVC letter said the 129F was approved and the petition would be forwarded to the embassy in Manila within a week. I waited 10 days (including a weekend) and called the embassy using the 1-888 toll number (18 USD$). I waited that long just to be sure the petition had time to get to the embassy. The phone line was super clear and I asked the operator if I could schedule a visa interview (K1). She said absolutely and asked several questions, her name, the petition number (MNLxxxxxxxxx from NVC letter), her birth date etc. the operator will give you several dates to choose for the interview. after you pick a date, the operator will send you an email with all the details. She just needs to show the email (forward to her) and NOA2 copy and ID to enter the embassy for her interview. Just go 1 week early before interview for the CFO, medical exams, BDO visa fee etc. Oh my fiancee did finally get the embassy letter in the mail, after she had her interview!

If you don't have the NVC letter yet you might want to call them and see if it has been forwarded.

Hope this helps
