Need help filing form I-765 please

I'm filing form I-765 right now but stuck at the question 15 and 16.

For the #15 I don't know what to call my current status right now. Because I entered us. as a student visa holder (F1), but I'm now overstaying. So what should i have to fill out? (I just married a us. citizen husband) As long as my AOS is not compleated so I'm still an illegal? so... I fill out illegal?

For the #16 I have read the instruction but still cant find my categories. So now I'm filing I-765 as F1 (in the past) or as a spouse of us. citizen? I only see the K visa for the us. citizen spouse. But I didn't enter this country by K visa and never had it. I don't know what to do now. Could anyone please help me with this?
