how will i know if our case has been receive by the NVC?

how will i know if our case has been receive by the NVC when my USCIS case status hasn't been updated? The date on the USCIS case status has been changed but the status itself hasn't been change. I have already received our NOA2 (approval notice) and it's been a week since we have been approved that's why I'm wondering on how to find out the most updated status of our case... any suggestions? thanks.

K1 Timeline Visa

APRIL 8, 2009 - The Journey Begins....

1 DAY - USCIS Received Application

99 DAYS - I-129F Application Approved

114 DAYS - NVC Received Package

118 DAYS - Package left NVC

125 DAYS - USEM received package

138 DAYS - Medical Exam from April 8, 2009

147 DAYS - Interview Passed

174 DAYS - POE

AOS Timeline

JANUARY 8, 2010 - AOS Application Sent

11 DAYS – NOA Hardcopy Received (AOS, EAD, AP)

15 DAYS – Biometrics Appointment Letter Received

31 DAYS – Biometrics Appointment @ 12:00 pm

52 DAYS – EAD Approved

59 DAYS – Employment Authorization Card & Advance Parole (Travel Docs) Received

My buddy had his senators immigration specialist check with NVC on it. He got GOOD results.

You can call NVC also.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

hey once i got my NOA2 , i called the NVC and talk to the operator and he asked for my email

i gave the email and he told me to mail DS3032 for each of us, i did that

in 24 hours later i got email from NVC to pay the IV bill

Our time line for CR1 visa took only 5 months and 1 week or 156 days; from the filing the I-130 on the 03-12-2009 to Approval of NOA2 on the 05/13/2009, then Interview on the 08/18/2009 at Manila, Philippines. We had a daughter on the 11-12-2010 named AISHA JOY means HAPPY LIFE.a1_opt-1.jpga2_opt-1.jpga3_opt-1.jpg

For a K1 visa you must call, call, and call again till the operator tells you it is received.

Email will work too if you have the patience.

You must call the NVC at 603-334-0700. They will ask for your receipt or case number and petitioners and beneficiaries names and dates of birth.

Hopefully they won't tell you that you are in "additional processing" (could mean a delay of 30-50 days).
