I-130 sent to MO to the National Benefit Center

My brother got married to his fiancee that had been here 6 years on a student visa. They filed the I-130 at the address on the form instead of mailing it with the I-485. The I-485 got returned. They mailed it back with proof they had submitted the I-130. She has done her Biometrics, but now they got a letter saying that the I-130 had been forwarded to MO (they are in CA) to the National Beneift Center because they now have jurisdiction. I checked on line and it doesn't show that they process I-130s there. Could it be for the Advanced Parole and Work Visa? If anyone else has had a similar experience please let me know as they are really nervous that it got sent to the wrong place.
